Cantabile Chamber Singers is a non-profit, Toronto-based chamber choir, formed in 2006 by artistic director Cheryll Chung to raise social awareness through music. We are committed to enlightening audiences and attracting a new generation of Canadians to the resonance and enrichment of choral music through a combination of informed interpretation and innovative programming. We believe in engaging with cultural diversity through our programming and promoting music written by living composers of the present. We have toured across Canada, participated in various festivals and have been featured in The WholeNote magazine, Choirs Ontario and Chorus America 'Voices" publication. Serenata SingersWe are celebrating 50 years of singing! The Serenata Singers, who have sparkled in Toronto as a choral gem since 1976, celebrate their 50th Anniversary this Choral Season, May 2026. Toronto Northern Lights Chorus, TheFounded in 1997, the Toronto Northern Lights (also known as TNL) is Ontario’s premier masculine-presenting barbershop chorus, known for dynamic and innovative performances. For decades, TNL has shared its music with audiences across Toronto, throughout Canada, and around the world, including the United States, Europe, and Asia. The chorus has proudly represented Ontario at the Barbershop Harmony Society International Chorus Competition year after year, earning a total of 15 medals.

Bach Elgar Choir, TheThe Bach Elgar Choir (BEC), founded in 1905, is one of Canada’s longest-running choral organizations and a cornerstone of Hamilton’s artistic and cultural life. Bach Children's ChorusFounded in 1987, the Bach Children's Chorus (BCC) provides a first-rate choral experience for children, youth and young adults, and has instilled a love of music in generations of singers for 39 years. Led by Artistic Director Meredith Wanstall, the BCC is known for setting a high standard of music education and performance experiences for community choirs through its integrated program of choral vocal technique, ear training, music theory and sight-singing. The BCC consists of seven ensembles, with music education programs for singers in JK/SK to Grade 1, and performance-oriented programs for singers in Grade 2 to post-secondary. Echo ChoirEcho is an adult treble-voice, non-auditioned choir which welcomes women, trans and non-binary folks in a strong, inclusive, mutually supportive community in the heart of Toronto.

Ever since its founding as a women’s choir in 1991, Echo has been committed to a unique and eclectic repertoire focusing on social justice, musical excellence and passionate expression. We collaborate frequently with local musicians who enrich our repertoire with music from diverse cultures and in a broad range of genres.

The ability to read music is helpful but not required. We are accessible to all through a sliding scale fee.

We rehearse Tuesday evenings and some Saturdays at Church of the Holy Trinity, Toronto. Our Echo Spring Concert, 35th Anniversary, will take place on May 10 at 3pm.

Etobicoke Centennial ChoirThe Etobicoke Centennial Choir (ECC) marks its 60th anniversary as a semi-professional community choir dedicated to artistic excellence. ECC offers a challenging and supportive choral experience. Rehearsals are held on Tuesdays, September to June, from 7:30pm to 9:45pm at Humber Valley United Church in Etobicoke. New singers are invited to audition. Some choral experience and the ability to read music are required.

Our 2026–27 season features J.S. Bach's "Cantata 140, Sleepers Wake!" and Brahms' German Requiem, both with orchestral accompaniment, plus Night Songs by ECC composers Renglich and Henstra.

The Jubilate Singers is a mixed-voice auditioned choir of 35 voices directed by Isabel Bernaus. The repertoire includes world music in original languages, orchestral works and 20-21C choral pieces. Recent collaborations include the Chilean-American composer, Freddy Vilches, performing with him, the Abya Yala Choral Suite, and secondly, the University of Guelph choir, the University of Toronto Spirit Singers and the composer, Andrew Balfour, performing Canadian Indigenous music. We rehearse on Tuesday nights in Toronto and perform three concerts a year, plus two community appearances. Interested singers may sit in on a rehearsal and book an audition, if desired. Join a welcoming, social and sophisticated choir and perform beautiful music for appreciative audiences.
