The Jubilate SingersThe Jubilate Singers is a mixed-voice auditioned choir of 35 voices directed by Isabel Bernaus. The repertoire includes world music in original languages, orchestral works and 20-21C choral pieces. Past collaborations include the Wychwood Clarinet Choir and the York Chamber Ensemble. Our 2025/26 season includes the Abya Yala Choral Suite by Chilean-American composer Freddy Vilches, a setting of poems in Indigenous languages from across the Americas and, secondly, a collaboration with the University of Guelph focusing on Canadian Indigenous music. We rehearse Tuesday nights and perform three concerts a year, plus two community appearances. Interested singers may sit in on a rehearsal and book an audition, if desired. Join a welcoming, social and sophisticated choir and perform beautiful music for appreciative audiences.

Toronto Mendelssohn ChoirThe Toronto Mendelssohn Choir (TMChoir) is one of Canada’s oldest and largest choral organizations. Founded in 1895 during Massey Hall’s inaugural season, it has been a leader in Canadian choral music, commissioning works by Canadian composers, presenting world and national premieres, and collaborating with renowned orchestras such as the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and the National Arts Centre Orchestra.

In May 2021, Jean-Sébastien Vallée became Artistic Director, only the eighth conductor in the Choir’s 130-year history. TMChoir aspires to introduce audiences to choral masterworks — both renowned and lesser-known — making them accessible and inspiring to all.

The choir includes the TMSingers, a core of professional singers, and over 130 auditioned volunteers.

Toronto Welsh Male Voice ChoirThe Toronto Welsh Male Voice Choir (TWMVC) was established in 1995 by first president, Gwyn Roberts. The choir continues to grow musically under the direction of William Woloschuk and principal accompanist Matthew Coons. Our blend of traditional and contemporary music, all sung off book in accordance with tradition, appeals to a broad audience.

We perform typically 10 to 12 concerts per season, in the GTA area and further afield in southern Ontario. We have undertaken major tours in Wales, the East Coast, western Canada, and Newfoundland. We remain true to our Welsh tradition; we also include songs in several other languages in our repertoire.

We are always searching for new concert opportunities, and for committed singers to join us. We practice every Wednesday; come along to a rehearsal, and see website for details.

VOCA Chorus of TorontoThe VOCA Chorus of Toronto, a dynamic, auditioned ensemble directed by Jenny Crober performs a wide range of repertoire (including Canadian premieres) in collaboration with superb guest artists. Our wonderful collaborative pianist is Dakota Scott-Digout. VOCA's season consists of concerts, cabaret fundraisers, outreach events and workshops with numerous renowned clinicians, including Ola Gjeilo, Ivars Taurins and Sarah Quartel.

At our May 10 "Carmina Burana" concert, VOCA will present Orff's epic masterpiece, along with selections by Andrew Balfour, Brian Tate and others, featuring special guest, Andrew Haji, tenor, with Noelle Slaney, soprano; Parker Clements, baritone; Shawn Grenke, piano; and Jamie Drake, Michelle Colton, Richard Burrows and Tim Francom, percussion. Rehearsals are Mondays at Eastminster United.
