Brantford Summer Music 2022We are shining a light on one of Ontario's most beautiful and historically significant cities with a summer music festival presented this summer at the lovingly restored 1919 Sanderson Centre. The vision of the festival is to present a wide and inclusive variety of musical genres featuring local, national and international artists. The inaugural festival will feature the extraordinary Indigenous playwright/composer/author/performer Tomson Highway in his cabaret Songs in the Key of Cree, followed by the Toronto Mass Choir, Canada's finest gospel choir, under the baton of Brantford's own Karen Burke, and prize-winning Simcoe concert pianist Bryn Blackwood. SweetWater Music Festival 2022SweetWater 2022 once again will offer up internationally-acclaimed Canadian and global artists performing classical, jazz, and contemporary music on the shores of Georgian Bay. Festival of the Sound 2022The Festival of the Sound returns “Home Again” this year to in-person concerts at the Charles W. Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts! For two weeks from July 17 to 31, Parry Sound will ring out once again with concerts featuring the Elmer Iseler Singers, this year’s Stockey Young artistic director Cameron Crozman, and the 50th anniversary celebration of Canadian Brass, as well as perennial favourites Leslie Fagan, Guy Few, Joel Quarrington, Suzanne Shulman, the Elora Singers, and many others.

New this year is our Canadian PianoFest, hosted by legendary Janina Fialkowska and featuring Stewart Goodyear, David Jalbert, Charles-Richard Hamelin, the Bergmann Duo, and this year’s Chopin Competition winner Xiaoyu Liu.
