Live opera in the heart of cottage country! The Highlands Opera Studio is a haven for emerging opera professionals. For four weeks, they hone their already prodigious skills under the tutelage of some of the world’s top opera professionals and then perform in a series of concerts: “Operatic Highlights” concerts (a different program every night), on August 6, 8 and 16; a “Tribute to Benjamin Britten,” on August 13; and La Traviata, August 23, 25, 27 and 29. Join us as well for a fundraiser, “Richard Margison and Friends,” a matinee on Sunday, August 11.
