The Milton Choristers is a four-part adult community choir that has entertained audiences in the Halton Region since 1968. Our season runs from September to May, with two major concerts, often with premium guest soloists and musicians. We sing a wide-ranging repertoire from classical to contemporary. Rehearsals are on Tuesday nights from 7:30pm to 9:30pm at Knox Presbyterian Church (upper hall), 170 Main St. E. in Milton. A love of singing, some sight reading, and a sense of rhythm, as well as a sense of humour are definite assets.

The choir is dedicated to helping expand each person's musical ability. However, members are also encouraged to spend time outside of rehearsal time to learn the music. Electronic MIDI files, by section, are also available for your learning assistance.

Toronto Chamber ChoirToronto Chamber Choir has held a prominent place in Canada’s early music scene since 1968. An accomplished group of 30-40 auditioned singers, TCC specializes in Renaissance and Baroque repertoire, working with period instrumentalists, but also exploring music from other periods and cultures. TCC usually gives two evening concerts and two afternoon “Kaffeemusiks” that contextualize our repertoire through narration and a multimedia component.

We rehearse Wednesday evenings at the Church of the Transfiguration on Manor Rd. E, just west of Mount Pleasant Rd., with occasional Saturday “retreats,” often featuring guest presenters. We are currently seeking new members, with auditions anytime by arrangement with the director. We welcome diversity in our membership.
