Recollectiv. For anyone living with cognitive challenges from Alzheimer’s, dementia, traumatic brain injury, stroke or PTSD. The group meets weekly to rediscover the joy of making music. Community members and music students are welcome to this fun, rewarding and inter-generational experience. Jan 31 5:00: Canadian Opera Company. Opera Lab: The Art of Design. Created for young adults aged 16-28, in conjunction with the COC’s upcoming production of Don Giovanni by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In an interactive workshop, learn how artists take us to a new world through set design and lighting! Participants engage in an in-depth discussion and Q&A session with COC artists before attending the dress rehearsal of the opera.
