Held in the heart of the scenic city, Orchestra North boasts a renowned faculty of nationally acclaimed musicians who specialize in classical, jazz, fiddle, popular music and more. Our variety of exciting programs are designed to inspire string, woodwind and brass players of all ages and abilities from across Canada.
Beginner Strings: a fun and engaging introduction to string-playing and orchestra for ages 5 to 10. Half- and full-day programs available. Strings, Winds & Brass: experience outstanding private instruction, play in chamber and symphony orchestras while performing with featured artists. Orchestra North Academy: develop and refine skills for a career in music performance, outreach, and education. Full tuition and stipend provided.
