In 1998, Atis Bankas arrived in Niagara-on-the-Lake with a vision to establish both a music school and a summer festival in one of Canada’s most picturesque communities. What began as a modest initiative quickly gained momentum, growing into a beloved cultural fixture.

Music Niagara is dedicated to presenting world-class performances across a range of genres in intimate settings, inspiring and engaging audiences throughout the Niagara Region.

The 2026 summer season features 19 concerts, from June 14 to August 14, at venues across Niagara-on-the-Lake, including the debut of a women-led Summer Jazz Series, the popular Pops Series, and the return of standout performers such as Toronto All-Star Big Band, The Undercovers, Quartetto Gelato, and Canadian Duelling Pianos.
