Intersection is an annual experimental music festival strengthening Toronto's community vitality via inclusive, accessible, and participatory arts. From September 3 to 6, 2026, Intersection will showcase genre-fluid contemporary music by local and international artists in public spaces, fostering connection and cultural exchange. This year's highlights include Evan Ziporyn + ContaQt reinterpreting Brian Eno's Music for Airports and our flagship free, all-day music marathon event at Sankofa Square on September 5, including community participatory works. Concluding with public conversations, Intersection champions accessibility and public engagement, celebrating the arts' vital role in Toronto.
