Celebrating four decades of opera presentations by Canada's emerging artists, Summer Opera Lyric Theatre features Handel's Xerxes, Mozart's Idomeneo and Puccini's La Boheme, under the leadership of experts in the field - Jo Greenaway, Suzy Smith and Helen Becqué in fully staged operas by Guillermo Silva-Marin. 33 vocalists from across Canada will thrill and entertain you with their fresh and insightful dramatic interpretations at the intimacy and acoustic excellence of the Alumnae Theatre in Toronto. 12 performances culminate eight weeks of intensive training in the performing arts, movement, deportment and acting technique.
