Celebrating its 28th anniversary, KSMF is well-known for excellent programming and presentations. This year, August 12 to 17, the Evening Concert Series has a wonderfully eclectic, top-quality smorgasbord of music for you, from trail-blazing artists such as Ensemble Made In Canada – “Mosaïque” to relaxing entertainment with Dan Needles and Ian Bell in “True Confessions from the Ninth Concession,” to a classical extravaganza Saturday 17: Vivaldi’s Gloria and excerpts from Mendelssohn’s Elijah with full chorus and symphony orchestra. Don’t miss the free “4 O’Clock in the Park” concerts in downtown Victoria Park. Music classes run August 12 to 16 for everyone from beginners to experienced players.
