An annual summer tradition of exploring the world of sound art through performances, installations and workshops as well as the Toronto Electroacoustic Symposium and the Sound Travels Intensive workshops. Composers-in-residence include Francis Dhomont and Barry Truax. The festival also features installations The Sonic Suit by Satoshi Morita and Tele Echo Tube by Hill Haroki Kobayashi at the NAISA Space as well as the annual summer-long interactive sound sculpture Synthecycletron, by Barry Prophet, on Toronto Island.
