Twenty-six years of the Brott Music Festival and 25 of the National Academy Orchestra of Canada – two milestones of significance! We have a truly celebratory season for you, one of musical experiences for people of all ages and musical tastes; Beethoven, jazz, Pops, exuberant high teas and Verdi’s great masterpiece Aida all culminate in our grand finale, a massive rarely performed tour-de-force, Mahler’s Symphony of a Thousand. All this is performed by our brilliant National Academy Orchestra, the cream of the crop of Canadian musical talent, and features virtuoso soloists who will bring you to your feet in standing ovations. The sound of excellence is about to unfold!
