The Jubilate Singers is a mixed-voice auditioned choir of 30-35 voices under the direction of Isabel Bernaus. The choir includes in its repertoire world music sung in original languages, orchestral choral works, and 20-21C choral pieces. We present three concerts a year, plus two community appearances. Our 2024/25 season will include a collaboration with the Wychwood Clarinet Choir and an Ontario mini-tour of "Roots and Intersections: Musical Traditions from the African, Jewish and Muslim Diasporas" with Denise Williams and guest musicians. We rehearse Tuesday nights. Interested singers are encouraged to sit in on a rehearsal and book an audition, if desired.
