Dan Massé
1943 - 2021

In Memoriam

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dan Massé, Toronto Operetta Theatre’s long-standing and admired President of the Board.

Dan’s good humour, love of music and unfailing generosity of spirit will be long remembered by the board and the many patrons whom he made feel right at home at our performances. From his boyhood home in Hornepayne, Ontario, he travelled the world as an educator and was for many years associated with the Toronto District School Board. He was acknowledged for his expertise in serving students with special needs and retired from his position as Special Education Consultant in 2004.

Toronto Operetta Theatre wishes to extend sincere condolences to his family and close friends.  We are planning a musical tribute in his memory and will make an announcement at the appropriate time.
