Vesnivka's 59th Season of Song
As Vesnivka Choir enters its 59th season, we invite you to join us in continuing to draw attention to the ongoing war in Ukraine. For our first set of concerts this season, we will perform alongside the Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus of North America in Detroit and Cleveland and then back in Ontario, with the Canadian Bandurist Capella in London and Toronto.
Then, we welcome you to join us in celebrating Christmas, enjoying a mix of kolyadky and shchedrivky and the feeling of community during the short winter days. Our 59th season will culminate in a “Spring Rituals” concert, which will feature Red Sky Performance, a leading Indigenous performance company, as we explore and celebrate Ukrainian and Indigenous spring and midsummer customs.
We look forward to seeing you there! This is a season not to be missed!
