Music at Metropolitan’s 1999-2000 season includes, on Saturday, October 2, a Toronto ArtsWeek Carillon demonstration (2 pm), organ demonstration (3 pm) and hymn sing (7:30 pm). Organ Futures—free organ recitals—are Wednesdays in October from 12:15 to 12:45, and in May from 5:30 to 6 pm, preceded by a brief carillon recital. 

Over There (November 6) features songs from the world wars; Lift up your heads (November 27) features the Metropolitan Choir and Niagara Brass Ensemble; Retiring Robbie (January 29) is a Scottish concert; March Madness (March 4) is a variety show; Fools Rush In (April 1) is a duet recital; Good Friday concert (April 21) features Bach and Handel; and Sounds of the Soul (May 27) is an organ recital. The Service of Lessons and Carols is Sunday, December 19 at 7 pm and Carols United, a carol sing, is Sunday, December 12 at 7 pm.
